CRAVED THIS WEEK




Mint Chip Smoothie:

1.5  cups Califia Farms Coconut Almond Milk (or regular almond milk)
1 bunch fresh mint leaves (7-10)
1 ripe frozen banana
1 cup baby spinach leaves
3.5 Tbs cacao nibs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
honey to taste (optional)

Place all in blender and blend until smooth.

Peach, Jalapeno and Prosciutto Pizza (made every Friday all summer):

your favorite pizza crust**
olive oil instead of red sauce
minced garlic tossed on the olive oil (I use only a little)
sprinkling of kosher salt
sliced peaches, prosciutto and sliced jalapenos spread around very generously
fresh mozzarella layered on top
baked to your desired level
drizzle with balsamic if desired

**(I make this crust less, using prosciutto as the base and layering the peaches and jalapenos with mozzarella then baking until melted and browned.  I then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.)
